Clinical Study Of TCM Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis Combined With Progynova Treatment Of Intrauterine Adhesions And The Influence Of Serum IL-6

Objective:Through clinical experimental study, to observe after adhesion separation using the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine of Tonifying the kidney and removing blood stasis combined with progynova restoration of stream of people in postoperative uterine cavity adhesions in patients with recovery of menstrual quantity, improvement of TCM syndrome and endometrial morphology and hemodynamic changes of uterine artery and serum cytokines IL-6 effects.To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease, and to study its mechanism.Programme:Due to uterine cavity operation caused by hypomenorrhea and hysteroscopy in line with the uterine cavity mild-moderate adhesion of 40 patients, randomly divided into treatment group 20 cases and control group of 20 cases, Two groups were performed adhesion separation, therapy group were treated with tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with progynova treatment after operation,the control group treated only with progynova, treatment of three menstrual cycles, to observe the improvement of the main symptoms of menstruation and related clinical symptoms, improvement of the degree of adhesion under hysteroscopy, the recovery of damaged endometrium and the effect of IL-6 on serum inflammatory factors.Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90%and 75%, The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the treatment group on the main symptoms of menstruation improvement has obvious advantages compared with the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome were relieved, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 65%, and there were significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment, the IUA score of the two groups was lower than before treatment, the endometrial thickness in the corpus phase was thicker than before,and the uterine artery blood flow resistance index (RI) was lower than before(P<0.05), but the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Two groups of patients with uterine artery pulsatility index (PI) after treatment than before had no significant difference (P> 0.05), there was also no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than before (P< 0.05), and the difference was significant between groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion:After resection of intrauterine adhesions with the traditional Chinese medicine of Tonifying the kidney and removing blood stasis combined with estrogen for the treatment of hypomenorrhea even amenorrhea due to intrauterine adhesion has certain curative effect, Analysis of this method may enhance the body’s immune function and promote the blood circulation of the pelvic organs to accelerate the regeneration of damaged inner membrane to improve the clinical symptoms.
