Professor Tan Yi's Summary Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose:This study has collected and sorted professor Tan Yi’s medical cases of coronary heart disease(CHD)from July 2014 to July 2015,to reserch and analyze his rule of prescription medication to study his clinical experience and academic thought of treating CHD,which plays a positive and active role in promoting the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of CHD.At the same time,it is also beneficial to inherit and popularize the clinical experience of the modern famous TCM physician of traditional Chinese medicine clinical experience,for the basis of TCM literature collection and analysis of the application to provide methodological guidance.Material and method:To collect and organize professor Tan’s medical cases of treating CHD in these years,select the clinical cases in strict accordance with the diagnosis of CHD,and enter the data into the Excel 2007,using IF、MATCH、COUNTIF、ROW functions to analyze the use frequency,the categories of medication and so on.Results:1.Professor tan yi believes that the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is mostly a mixture of deficiency and reality,and the most common types of syndrome are qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi Yin deficiency syndrome and turbid sputum obstruction syndrome.2.Professor Tan is good at chooseing prescriptions on the basis of the famous prescriptions from the classic famous doctors.He would choose Taohong Siwu Decoction for qi deficiency blood stasis,Liu Jun Zi Decoction for phlegm and blood stasis,Tianwang Buxin Dan for qi and 3.Yin deficiency syndrome t,Bulbus bulgaricus trichosanthes decoction for phlegm turbidity resistance,xuefu zhuyu decoction for qi and blood stasis.4..The main signs of coronary heart disease are chest tightness and chest pain,followed by shortness of breath,palpitation and dizziness.When treating coronary heart disease,Professor Tan uses the drugs with the highest frequency: invigorating deficiency,invigorating blood circulation,removing blood stasis,regulating qi and removing phlegm.The most commonly used single flavor Chinese medicine is salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica sinensis,baishu,astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos,ligustrum chuanxiong,jujube,broiled liquorice,sand kernel.5.When Professor Tan drug in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)when,in accordance with the drug combination in frequency from high to low,the first three respectively used are "rhizoma ligustici wallichii,salvia miltiorrhiza" "salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus" "salvia miltiorrhiza,fructus," analysis of the proceeds of the rules,the highest degree of confidence of drug combination is "yanhusuo-> danshen" "salvia miltiorrhiza,scallions white-> fructus" "scallions white-> fructus" "the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,salvia miltiorrhiza-> dwarf lilyturf".Conclusion:1.Professor Tan Yi drug treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)would always choose multi-purpose promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and qi phlegm,compatibility is exquisite,in line with the principle of theory of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease.2.The data mining system for mining old drug law has the important value of researching the traditional Chinese medicine.
