Clinical Research Of Xiaozheng Decoction Combined Estrogen And Progestogen Sequential Therapy For Intrauterine Adhesions And Its Influence On IL-6、IL-8、VEGF And TNF-α

Objective:Firstly, the improvement of menstruation and TCM symptoms of the patients with hot and damp stasis syndrome of IUA were observed by using the combination of the Xiaozheng decoction and the artificial cycle therapy. Then by observing the changes of interleukin, TNF alpha and VEGF levels, changes of endometrium and hysteroscopy uterine cavity shape to explore the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of the treatment.Methods:40 cases of patients with intrauterine adhesions were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, each of 20 cases. The treatment group was treated with Xiaozheng decoction combined with progynova+ dydrogesterone, control group was only given progynova+dydrogesterone sequential. After 3 months of treatment, the changes of two groups were observed in patients with clinical efficacy, IUA score, serum level and endometrial thickness.Results:1.Clinical efficacy:first, the overall efficacy:the total effective rate of treatment group reached 90%, compared with 75% in the control group, P<0.05, the treatment group was superior. Second, the menstrual period, quantity and quality, the total effective rate was 90%,90%,95%, while the control group was 65%,65%,60%, P<0.05, indicating that the treatment group can improve menstruation. Third, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficiency of treatment group was 95%, compared with 60% in the control group, P<0.05, the treatment group could improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Serological index:after treatment, the levels of interleukin 6 and 8, tumor necrosis factor alpha and vascular endothelial growth factor in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).3.After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the two groups were increased, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).4. After treatment, the Intrauterine adhesion scores of the two groups all decreased, but there was no significant difference between the groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozheng decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy can effectively improve the menstruation and related TCM syndromes of patients with hot and damp stasis syndrome of IUA. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis effects, making the inner membrane thickening, adhesion release, reducing intrauterine adhesion score, and compared with the single use of female pregnancy sequential, the former curative effect is better.
