Clinical Study On The Effects Of Heat-clearing And Blood-Activating Recipe On Blood Coagulation-Fibrinolysis Function Of Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients

ObjectiveStudy on the effects to the specific indexes (activated partial thromboplastin time、fibrinogen、PLT、D-Dimer) of heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe on blood coagulation-fibrinolysis, to explore the effects on the it’s function of acute coronary syndrome patients.Methods70 patients with ACS of toxic heat and blood stasis syndromes were randomly divided into test group (35 patients treated with heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe and conventional western medicine) and control group (35 patients only treated with conventional western medicine). The course of treatment are seven days. Explore the effects of heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe on blood coagulation-fibrinolysis function of ACS patients, by comparing the general condition and blood coagulation fibrinolysis indexes、clinical effect of symptom of Chinese medicine and blood stasis syndrome、drug safety between two groups pre and post treatment.Results1. Test of blood coagulation-fibrinolysis function:After 7 days-treatment, the level of APTT and PLT increased significantly and the level of FIB and D-D decreased significantly in test group(P<0.01), when the level of PLT increased significantly and the level of D-D decreased significantly in control group (P<0.05). Between this two groups, the test group was more obvious in the elevation of PLT level and lower D-D level (P<0.05).2. Clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect:The two groups in terms of TCM toxic heat and blood stasis symptoms were improved, but the test group can effectively improve the symptoms of ACS patients.3. Syndrome of blood stasis:Three vessel disease of blood stasis syndrome was significantly higher than that of double vessel disease and single vessel disease, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Correlation test, the number of vascular lesions and blood stasis score was positively correlated, with statistical significance(P<0.01). The Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.485.4. Drug safety:Comparing drug safety between two group after treatment, safety analysis showed no difference and there was no obvious adverse reactions, which meant heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe has good drug safety.Conclusion1.Heat toxin and blood stasis syndrome patients with ACS of blood coagulation-fibrinolytic function will be affected. On the basis of standard treatment, the use of heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe can significantly reduce platelet aggregation, promote fibrinolytic system activity, inhibit thrombosis. The blood coagulation-fibrinolytic function in the patients was improved obviously.2. Heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe in improving heat toxin and blood stasis in patients with ACS clinical symptoms than the standard treatment is better.3. The patients of ACS with three vessel disease than double and single blood stasis score increased significantly and vascular lesion number and blood stasis syndrome score was positively correlated. The integral of blood stasis syndrome has a certain predictive value for the number of vascular diseases.
