Actuality Investigation And Influence Factors Analysis Of Health Quotient(HQ) Of The Undergraduates In Yunnan University

Health quotient is to identify and tools to evaluate the health level, it is wide and concise assessment of overall health and quality of life, the majority of the people is able to manage it by them self. The health quotient level of undergraduates, reflects the students ability of self health management. To get to know the health quotient of undergraduates situation, can help the students to improve the level of health knowledge and physical quality. This research through sample survey of health quotient status of undergraduates in Yunnan University, have a rough idea of the undergraduate health quotient level status of Yunnan University,and find out the influence factors of undergraduates health quotient level, find method to improve health quotient of college students.Through the reading relevant literature of Health quotient, to explored the ideas of this research, determine the research method based on the relevant theories of support. Because of domestic and abroad study are not directly applied to the questionnaire of students’health quotient level test. Therefore, the questionnaire is to Dr. Wah Jun Tze health scale of business survey as the basis, to add and modify according to the characteristics of college students. The study by way of random sampling, of Yunnan University 450 fresher to senior grade of liberal arts and science students conducted a questionnaire survey to obtain data analyzed by spss19.0. Preliminary understanding of Yunnan University Undergraduates in the overall level of health quotient and health on the five dimensions of business conditions, and find out the factors of influence health quotient level. Through research the following conclusions can be obtained:1. Yunnan University undergraduate health quotient status in the overall level of good, but in the five dimensions of health quotient are different degrees of problems. The health knowledge and lifestyle mean scores is low.2 after sorting out the data, through the single factor analysis of variance, chi square test and so on, to analyze the factors affecting the health quotient. From the point of view of value, the factors that affect the score of health quotient of undergraduate students are age, gender and the environment of preschool growth. The factors that affect the level of health quotient are age, gender, the environment of pre school and parents’education. Through the above analysis the following 3 problems, the undergraduate students of Yunnan University health knowledge is not high; secondly, the lackof a good way of life; health quotient differences between different groups of undergraduates.Through the above of Yunnan University undergraduate state of the health quotient of the research and the problems found, put forward the following suggestions:1. Social: community to actively promote the concept of health quotient, and increase investment in sports facilities of funds; the family should bear more responsibility for education.2 schools: in the school education in the introduction of the concept of health quotient; schools should be encouraged to exercise, and increase fitness facilities; give full play to the role of psychological consultation room.3:to develop good habits; actively participate in social activities outside the school; active learning health knowledge.
