| Objective:By observing the huanglianwendan jiawei decoction on the treatment of phlegm-heat type of migraine, the changes of headache frequency, duration, degree, the number of using analgesics,and by the checking of transcranial doppler (TCD),the changes of vascular blood flow velocity, in order to estimate the clinical effectiveness and safety of huanglianwendan jiawei decoction.Methods:This subject adopts randomized controlled clinical research method.100 cases of phlegm-heat migraine patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group, the observation group with the treatment of huanglianwendan jiawei decoction,the control group with flunarizine.4 weeks for a period of treatment for these two groups, take the medicine when headache occurs,before taking the medicine for the transcranial doppler (TCD) ultrasound examination once,and marking the headache score for one time a week,after four weeks making the transcranial doppler ultrasound examination again.To observe and record the times of headache,duration, degree, the number of using analgesics,and by the checking of transcranial doppler (TCD), the changes of vascular blood flow velocity, liver and kidney function and other safety indicators should be observed-Finally, through the statistical analysis, to evaluate the" huanglianwendan jiawei decoction " of clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of the patients with phlegm-heat migraine.Results:(1) 100 patients were included in this study,97 patients to complete the experiment, the treatment group 1 patients off,the control group 2 shedding cases,the total loss rate is 3%. (2) after 4 weeks of treatment, treatment group’s headache frequency, duration, degree, and transcranial doppler (TCD) in vascular blood flow velocity had improved (P<0.05);Compared with the control group before and after treatment outcome measures have improved to some extent (P< 0.05); after treatment,the headache frequency, the extent, duration and transcranial Doppler (TCD) in vascular blood flow velocity in treatment group was significantly improvement compared with the control group (P< 0.05).(3) the efficacy analysis showed that, after treatment, the treatment group effective rate was95.92%, better than the control group’s effective rate41.67%(P< 0.05).(4) security analysis:during the observation period,1 adverse event, disgusting retch (1 case) were observed in control group, none in treatment group, liver and kidney function compared with control group was not statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:This study showed that huanglian wendan jiawei decoction can improve phlegm-heat migraine on clinical symptoms and signs effectively, and improve the survival quality of patients, with no obvious adverse effect.it has favourable therapeutic effect and safety. |
