Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Compound QingHua Granule in the treatment of wind-heat invading lung syndrome of viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:1.The source of cases and Grouping:Patients were enrolled in this study from January,2015 to December,2015 in Infection department, Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military area,60 cases were treated,18 to 32 years of age. Generates a random number by the random system software, according to the order of hospitalized patients were randomly assigned to the trial group and the control group. Among them,30 cases of the trial group and 30 cases in the control group.2.Therapeutic regimen:The trial group was given oral administration with Compound QingHua Granule. The control group was treated with oral administration of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules. The two groups were given symptomatic treatment and the treatment is not more than 10 d.3.Observation index:Before treatment, the two groups of patients with age, sex, body weight, time of illness, the number of influenza A virus infection and other personal data were registered.Registering Body temperature before and after 24 hours, And before treatment and treatment for 3 days after the number of degree of the syndrome (fever, cough, headache, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, diarrhea),and the number of inflammatory markers (WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte, C- reactive protein and its values. At the same time, the body temperature recovery, total curative effect and course of disease were observed between the two groups.4.Safety evaluation:During the recording of patients medication, whether Induced bacterial infection, changes of TCM syndrome, recorded before and after the administration of blood, renal function, liver function.5.Curative evaluation standard:The data input SPSS 13.0 and used the SPSS 13.0 software to evaluate the reliability, the two two-sided hypothesis test. If P<0.05, the research had statistical significance. If P>0.05, the research had not statistical significance.Results:1.There were no significant differences in gender, age,Time of illness between the two groups of before treatment(P>0.05).2. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the reduction of fever, the recovery of body temperature and the course of treatment(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups of fever, cough, headache, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, diarrhea(P>0.05).4.The two groups were effective antipyretic.5. After 3 days of treatment in the trial group with 3 group,2 group and 1 group fever cure rate were 80%,84.21%, 83.33%.In the control group, the cure rate of 3 group,2 group and 1 group were 100%, 78.95% and 50%.The cure rate in the trial group of fever, cough, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, diarrhea were 83.33%,56.67%,82.61%,61.11%, 50.00%,75.00%,90.91%,91.30%,71.43%, and the cure rate of the control group of fever, cough, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, diarrhea were 76.67%,66.67%,85.71%,64.29%,50.00%,82.35%,100.00%,95.83%,100.00%.6. There was no significant difference in total curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05). The cure rates of the trial group and the control group were 40% and 46.67%. The total effective rate was 83.33% and 76.67%.7.Safety evaluation:All groups showed no obvious side effects and abnormal test in dicators. Conclusion:Compound QingHua Granule and Lianhua Qingwen Capsules were the same, could be used for the treatment of Wind-heat Invading Lung Syndrome of Viral Upper Respiratory Tract Infection with good curative effect and high safety.1. There was no significant difference between Compound QingHua Granule and Lianhua Qingwen Capsules in the reduction of fever and the course of treatment.2. Compound QingHua Granule and Lianhua Qingwen Capsules were the same of total curative effect and in the efficacy of improving symptoms between the two groups of fever, cough, headache, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, muscle aches, fatigue, diarrhea and other symptoms were considerable.3.The overall safety of Compound QingHua Granule and Lianhua Qingwen Capsules were relatively high.4.From the analysis of pharmacoeconomic evaluation, Compound QingHua Granule was better than Lianhua Qingwen Capsules. |
