The Syndrome Type Distribution Of115Cold Cases In Chengdu Da Ci Si Community In2012Spring And The Clinical Observation Of" Gan Du Qin" In The Treatment Of Acute Viral Upper Respiratory Infection (Syndrome Of Heat Invading Lung)

Objective1. Preliminary observation The Syndrome Type Distribution in ChengDu community, find the breakthrough point of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection, lay the foundation of improving the clinical effect.2. Observe the clinical effects of Ganduqing (GDQ) to cure acute upper respiratory tract infection (syndrome of heat invading lung). Preliminary Investigate the function mechanism of GDQ. Take this chance to expound the viability and validity of GDQ of cure cold.Methods1. This observation distribute patients for The Syndrome Type through a syndrome questionnaire. Collect the four diagnostic information, symptoms and signs through investigation and enter in database and analyse it with statistical data processing software.2. This clinical trial adopt with random and contrast design.60eligible patients were case to two random groups. The30cases of treatment group took GDQ with the dosage of one wrapper three times a day, three days. The30cases of control group took Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang in the same way. There were56cases to analyze curative effect.Results Observed115cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection in Cheng Du community in spring. The cases can be divided into two types. Syndrome of Heat Invading Lung is the most. Many have nose pharynx symptoms with languid characteristic. The total effective rate and cure rate between two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The case load of stuffy nose、sore throat and cough symptoms between Two groups had statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05). The integral of symptom in two groups had obvious remission, The integral differences of symptom in each group had statistical significance (P<0.05)Conclusion The cases can be divided into three types. Syndrome of Heat Invading Lung is the most. Many have nose pharynx symptoms with languid characteristic. GDQ can obviously relieve symptom of cold and to attain the effect of cure acute upper respiratory tract infected.
