Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of external treatment of pediatric pneumonia on chest, provides an effective method for clinical application.Material and method:Pediatric hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dalian city children’s Hospital Department of respiration, 240 cases of pneumonia cough in children, a randomized control method is divided into Fuxiong powder group, compress chest Babu sticking group, internal and external treatment group, to observe the effect of the disease, between different groups of TCM Syndrome curative effect, the main symptoms disappeared time and again by age stage comparison.Results: 1.Analysis of 1 children with pneumonia on chest: the total effect of powder group and Fuxiong Babu sticking group in the total curative effect in the treatment of pneumonia in children with internal and external therapy compared and determine in TCM symptoms and improve the curative effect of Western medicine and other aspects, P>0.05, had no statistical significance. 2. Comparison of 2 main symptoms and signs: the three groups had significant difference. Fuxiong external treatment with combined internal and external treatment group comparison, cough, fever, there is a significant difference in terms of shortness of breath(P<0.05); but from the throat phlegm, pulmonary rales disappearance time comparison, the three groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). 3.
