Objective:To evaluate the effect and the safety of dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofroquency combined with patient-controlled epidural analgesia for the treatment of cervicogenic headache..Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into three groups with 20 cases each. The patients in group A received patient-controlled epidural analgesia..and those in group B received cervical root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency,.The patients in group C received cervical root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency combined with patient-controlled epidural analgesia. The visual analogue scale(VAS) and the quality of life(QOL),effective rate, the degree and the frequency of headache was observed before treatment and one week, one month,Three monthes, six monthes after treatment.Results::Compared with before treatment, the scords of VAS were significantly decreased after treatment among these three groups (P<0.05). Compared with group A and B, the scords of VAS in group C were significantly difference(p<0.05),the scords of QOL were increased after treatment among these three groups (P<0.05), group C were significantly difference(p< 0.05),after treatment, the effective of pain remission in group C is better than the other two groups(p<0.05)..The patients quality of both three groups turn better,The dose of medicine is decline. The degree and frequency of headache is decline.the group C is more better(p<0.05).Conclusion:The efficiency of continuous epidural block to treat cervicogenic headache is obviously, especially in short time, dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency is better after treatment 1 month.combined two methods is the best.. |
