General information on two groups of patients before treatment, such as comparative examination of age, disease duration, gender, and the outcome measures between the differences are not significant meaning (P> 0.05), comparable. Embedding therapy treatment group, while the control group was treated with acupuncture therapy alone, two points are selected fat three-pin (Zhongwan double with a pulse, three feet). Measured and recorded before and after treatment in patients with body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, calculated body mass index (BMI) with body fat percentage (F%), after the end of the clinical research, clinical data promptly collect, use SPSS19.0 statistical analysis. Count data using chi-square test, measurement data before and after comparison between the two groups and their own treatment groups were independent sample t-test and paired samples t test, ranked data using Riddit analysis, the two groups were compared the clinical efficacy of treatment.Results(1) 60 patients were done with all treatment efficacy evaluation, clinical treatment group were cured in 2 cases (6.7%) were cured,12 cases (40.0%), effective in 11 cases (36.7%), ineffective in 5 cases (16.7%) the total system efficiency of 83.3%; control group, clinical cure one cases (3.3%), effective in 4 cases (13.3%), effective in 19 cases (63.3%),6 cases (20.0%), the total system efficiency of 80%; two sets of results by Ridit efficacy analysis, the two groups P<0.05, showed embedding for treatment of simple obesity than acupuncture acupuncture treatment on efficacy.(2) two groups of patients body weight, BMI, WHR, F% were significantly different (P<0.05) before treatment, indicating that embedding therapy group and control group for electricity in the treatment of simple obesity were significantly effect.(3) weight treatment group and control group after treatment, BMI, WHR, F% compared two groups of patients body weight, BMI, WHR, F% were not significantly different. It shows the method of embedding and electroacupuncture on simple obesity treatment on body weight, BMI, WHR, F% similar effect.ConclusionThe research proved that catgut embedding and electroacupuncture therapy efficacy in the treatment of simple obesity in the exact, can effectively reduce the weight and value of the patient’s waist and hip. But catgut embedding for treatment of simple obesity in the more convenient and economical EA and significant effect, safe and reliable, is a treatment method further promotion worth.
