So there is still great room for development.This topic is about observing "wo xuan" acupuncture’s effect on nausea and vomiting caused by therapeutically Platinum drugs, in order to find a more simple and effective method.MethodsAccording the requirements this topic has collected 60 cases in total, and randomly divided into treatment and control groups,30 cases each. Both groups were given the same clinical medicine.The only difference between two groups is that treatment group use "wo xuan acupuncture" treatment once daily during 7 days. Reaserch sart on the first day of chemotherapy treatment. According to symptom score sheet below, and evaluate every patient’s score.Results1. Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in body weigh、age、gender, chemotherapy programs, KPS score between two groups (P> 0.05).2. After the treatment, find that acupuncture treatment group vomiting score was significantly less than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Acupuncture group’s the total number of vomiting days and antiemetic drug are also inferior to control group (P<0.05). KPs score and body weight before and after chemotherapy have little change in acupuncture group. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Stating that patients in acupuncture group before and after chemotherapy is in a stable state. While the control group, before and after comparison observation KPS score and body weight was found difference (P<0.05), It means that chemotherapy in the control group did not stabilize the basic situation of the patient. Compared to the state of the patient before chemotherapy significantly deteriorated.ConclusionWo xuan acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in Patients undergoing chemotherapy, and reduce the use of vomiting drugs during chemotherapy, reduce the number of days that Patient vomit. Also substantially stable the state of Patients before and after chemotherapy. Help the Patient smoothly pass through chemotherapy.
