Background:Drug-induced liver damage is a kind of severe disease that is characterized with different degree of liver damage, and is the main cause of the clinical unknown liver damage. A variety of drugs including herbal remedies and complementary medicines can lead to various types of liver injury. It can can occur in patients without liver basic diseases,if serious enough it can cause liver failure, and even lead to death or need further underwent liver transplantation. With the development of new drugs, as well as the universality of the self medication, combined with clinical medicine in our country at present is not normative, the incidence of drug-induced liver injury is increasing.Iceland reported incidence of drug-induced liver damage in the general population as of 19/10, but due to the lack of effective quality research in our country, there is no specific diagnostic criteria and the main drugs that can lead to drug-induced liver injury is unknown, and with the large population in our country, especially the public lack of drug safety consciousness, drug-induced liver damage is becoming a serious health threat. Objectives:Through the retrospective analysis method, to discusses the incidence of drug-induced liver damage, etiology and clinical features, it aims to improve the clinical understanding of drug-induced liver damage, and furthermore to strengthen the consciousness of the diagnosis and treatment. Methods:To Collect the hospitalized patients in second hospital of shandong university since January 2012-January 2015 including the age, sex, the drugs, clinical manifestation, laboratory biochemical indicators and prognosis, and according to the acute drug-induced liver injury causality assessment rating (RUCAM).Results:There are totally 64 patients including 22males and 42 females, with the age 23-85 years old,the average age was 50.64±14.80,the patients has the prewious history was 46,including hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidaemia, hyperlipidaemia, hyperlipidaemia, the drugs that induce liver injury are herbs(67.19%、immunosuppressor(10.94%),antineoplastic agents(6.25%),health care products(3.13%)、Anti-turb drugs (1.56%),hyperthyroidism drug(1.56%),cholesterol-lowering drugs (1.56%), other(3.44%),The Clinical classification:liver cell type(73.44%), cholestasis type(18.75),mixed (7.81%).Prognosis:24 cases turn better(39.06%),33 cases were cured (51.56%),2 cases died(3.12%), and the automatic discharge result is unknown in 4 cases(6.25%).Conclusion:The occurrence and prognosis of drug-induced liver injury have no significant gender differences. The main drugs caused drug-induced liver injury is Herb medicine and immune inhibitor. The main Clinical classification in patients liver cell type. The ALT of liver cell type was obviously higer than mixed type. The ALP、TBIL、DBILof liver failure is higher than the non-failuer. Most patients’ prognosis is good, the hepatic failure patients with higher mortality.
