Comparison Of The Efficacy And Safety Of Propofol With Fentanyl And Propofol With Oxycodone Anesthesia For Hysteroscopy

ObjectiveTo compare propofol with fentanyl and propofol with oxycodone anesthesia for hysteroscopy and evaluate the efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride injectionfor hysteroscopy. MethodsFrom Nov.2015 to Feb.2016, 60 patients were adimitted.Sixty women(ASAclass I-II)undergoing hysteroscopy were randomly divided into fentanyl group and oxycodone group. Fentanyl 1 μg/kg + propofol 2 mg/kg were applied, subsequently 1~2 mg /(kg?h) propofol was infused continuously intraoperatively throughout the entire operation period, as well as oxycodone 0.1mg/kg + propofol 2 mg/kg, subsequently used intraoperative continuous infusion of propofol 1~2 mg/(kg?h). Hemodynamic date of meanatrialpressure(MAP),heartrate(HR),dosage of propofol, VAS score,Ramsayscore,time to resuscitation and adverse effect were recorded. Mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR) and blood oxygen saturation(Sp O2) were recorded at different points of time: before the induction of anesthesia(T0), the moment afterinduction of anesthesia(T1), during dilating cervix uteri(T2), 5min after operation began(T3), at the end of operation(T4), after the recovery of anesthesia(T5). ResultsThe dose of propofol in experimental group was less than control group. The score of visual analogue scale in experimental group was significantly less than control group. The effect of respiratory inhibition in experimental group was significantly less than control group,too. The other indexes were similar between the two groups. ConclusionThe anesthetic effects of both techniques were good, but the latter had better analgesic action and less respiratory inhibition.The use of oxycodone combined with propofol has its advantages in the anesthesia for hysteroscopy.
