High-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) takes advantage of the feature of ultrasonic penetrating, directivity, focusing. Low-energy ultrasonic in vitro was focused on target tissue in the body, treats target tissue by heating precisely without damaging the surrounding tissue. Therefore, HIFU has a wide range of applications in the field of cancer treatment and temperature-sensitive drug release.This paper based on the project of "The system based on magnetic resonance imaging three-dimensional temperature in vivo " of NSFC(Natural Science Foundation of China) of CAS(Chinese Academy of Sciences), analyzed the existing problems and deficiency of existing HIFU system, designed power detection and water treatment system, designed information exchange system based on ARM that it extended various types of interfaces to communicate with each subsystem, to solve the problems that the existing system was without real-time ultrasound measurement of the input electric power, water treatment system was bulky and its water flow was difficult to control accurately, degree of system integration was low. The design of power detection system based on PIC microcontroller, adopted absorption power sensor, high-precision analog-digital converter chip and extended the CAN communication interface, realized precise and real-time test to the power. Water filtration system and its electrical control part were designed, PIC18f46k22 microcomputer and its peripheral circuit was adopted to realize the accurate control to water flow cooperating with a flowmeter. The controller of information exchange system adopted ARM3359. Linux operating system was transplanted into the ARM. The real-time interaction were realized based on the multithreading and Linux signaling mechanism. The system meets the requirements of the integration and automation with fast response speed and high reliability.Finally, the control software was written in the upper machine based on MFC, and testing, the results show that the system of power detection and water treatment system can better realize the expected function, and prove that the scheme is feasible in this paper. |
