Ethical Orientation And The Ways Of Harmonious Relationship Betnween Doctors And Patients

In recent years, the contradiction in the doctor-patient relationship in China, the medical dispute increased day by day, the number of casualties is climbing from the serious violence. The doctor-patient relationship has become one of social hot topics. So many scholars focus on "how build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship" become a priority.In this paper, the integrated use of literature research, chart analysis, the research method of integrating theory with practice through the definition of the doctor-patient relationship, the development and change of the doctor-patient relationship in China, that it was due to the lack of institutional ethics, the marketization and indirect, for profit, medical unfair and environmental deterioration in the professional aspects of common caused serious medical problems. The patient should be positioning system as ethical issues. In view of this, both the protection of the rights of patients, and balancing the rights and interests of the medical staff, make the health care system for sustainable development. Government should promote fair, justice, health care system reform, to achieve the balance between rights and obligations between the doctor-patient, create a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Under the horizon of this theory, this paper raised questions about the problems of the current medical care system in our country, and to analyze system from the perspective of institutional ethics influence the system root of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the internal ethical issues. Finally, draw lessons from foreign advanced experience and combining with China’s national conditions, put forward the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship principles and specific path of institutional ethics.
