Research On The Construction Path Of Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship From The Perspective Of Caring Ethics

Since human society has had medical activity,there has been doctor-patient relationship.Doctor-patient relationship is the core of interpersonal relationship in medical activities.Building and developing harmonious doctor-patient relationship is the premise of maintaining normal medical order and the key to the smooth progress of medical activities.Therefore,the human debate and discussion on the doctor-patient relationship has never stopped.The solicitude ethic,which is an ethic theory emphasizing the affection,relationship and mutual concern between people,arose in the second half of the 20 th century in the United States.As a non-traditional ethical school,caring ethics provides a new perspective for the study of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.By expounding the basic characteristics of caring ethics and the connotation and characteristics of doctor-patient relationship,this paper proves that caring ethics has strong applicability in the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.On the basis of this theory,combined with a large number of survey and research data analysis,the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and the problems caused by the induction and summary,and from the school,hospital,social analysis of the causes of the problems.Based on the perspective of caring ethics,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship,namely,the construction of caring schools with emphasis on the practice of caring professional activities and the cultivation of caring ability of teachers and students.To strengthen the emotional education of medical staff,strengthen the training of patient-centered service concept of medical staff,and advocate the establishment of the atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect between doctors and patients as the main task of the construction of caring hospital;To strengthen public opinion,the masses,the system,self "four in one" moral supervision mode and timely,accurate,authoritative,pro-people publicity and communication platform for the important goal of building a caring society.So that doctors and patients can get more care from each other,so as to relieve the increasing tension between doctors and patients in China and make contributions to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The main structure of the paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and innovations of the paper.The second part is the theoretical basis and premise of the article,the concept of caring ethics and doctor-patient relationship.The third part introduces the existing problems in doctor-patient relationship.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the tension between doctors and patients.The fifth part puts forward the concrete measures to build harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
