In recent years, the doctor-patient contradiction is increasingly prominent. The words like "Doctor-patient dispute", "Doctor-patient conflict", "Malignant medical event". "’Hospital violator" etc. frequently appear in the news of newspapers, radio. Internet or other medias. Some of these news is widely known, such as the 3.23 medical violence incident in Harbin Medical University Hospital, the 11.13 injury incident in Anhui Medical University Hospital and the 10.25 violence against doctors in the First People’s Hospital of Wenling. Such violence event is not a few. Secondly, considering the domestic researches and the actual situation of conflict, we propose a classification standards of the medical violence, and confirm the main research types:treatment-emotion conflict, service-emotion conflict and treatment-claim conflict. In view of the above three types, we use case analysis to discuss their definition, triggers, trend and characteristics. Furthermore, this paper explores the corresponding relationship between the various variables and the violent types by using multiple correspondence analysis. After this, the spatial econometric analysis has been used to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of conflict, while the chi-square test has been used to examine the distribution differences of different types of medical violence. Finally, combining with the results and the reality, we discuss the causes and risk factors of these medical violent conflict, and then put forward some suggestions for the different types of medical violence.
