| Objective:To analyze clinicopathological characteristics of pregnancy-associated breast cancer(PABC)and the matched non-pregnancy-associated breast cancer(No n-PABC).To compare the prognosis difference between the 2 groups. To study the f actors influencing the prognosis of PABC.Methods:41 PABC patients treated in Af filiated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2005 to June2013 were enrolled in this study, each patient in the database was matched with 2Non-PABC patients. The matching criteria were with same age,the treatment time was similar, and the pathological types were infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Results:C ompared with Non-PABC, PABC is much larger, more than T3(P=0.044),high inci dence of lymph node metastasis(P=0.039), the difference was statistically significa nt;the 3-year overall survival rate(OS) pregnancy-associated breast cancer was 70.7%, Non-pregnancy-associated breast cancer was 74.4%, 3 years disease-free surviv al(DFS) pregnancy-associated breast cancer was 63.4%, Non-pregnancy-associated breast cancer was 65.9%. The difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Multiple factors analysis showed that TNM stage was an i ndependent prognostic factor in patients with PABC.Conclusion:PABC is easy to d elay in diagnosis, prognosis is poor, to strengthen the prepregnancy and lactation b reast examination, early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment is key to improv e the survival rate of patients with PABC, also needs further analysis of multi cent er clinical data confirmed pregnancy effects on the prognosis and treatment of the fetus. |
