Objective:Clinical research of Magnolia powder sticking on Tsusanli、Tianshu in postoperative rectal cancer patients’ Bowel function recovey after colon colostomy.Methods:Choose 60 regular postoperative rectal cancer patients of our hospital from September2014 to January 2016, then divide them to two groups according to odd-even order, the control group(giving them general routine care),the treatment group(giving them general routine care, and Magnolia powder sticking on Tsusanli、Tianshu, beginning to apply 6h after operation, once per 8 hours until postoperative first feces),and comparing Recovery time of bowel sounds, First exhaust time, First defecation, The time of first stool into a paste, The degree of postoperative stomach ache.Results:1. Comparing of postoperative patients’ recovery time of bowel sounds, the theatment group is 22.90±7.29 h, and control group is 29.77±7.35h; Comparison of the two groups was statistically significant; The time of the treatment group is less than the control group.2. Comparing of First exhaust time, First defecation, The time of first stool into a paste, the spent time of treatment group is less than the control group.3. The comparing of postoperative patients’ abdominal pain score, theatment group is 9.53±1.55,and control group is 13.57±1.22;Comparison of the two groups was statistically significant; the treatment group is less severe than the control group for the degress of abdominal pain.4. Comparing of time from postoperation to discharge; the theatment group is 10.13±1.85 d,and the control group is 15.60±2.30d; Comparison of the two groups was statistically significant; the treatment group is less than the control group.5. Incidence of adverse reactions: There were no complications and adverse events.Conclusion:1.We stick magnolia powder on Zusanli and Tianshu to promote the function of bowel.2.We stick magnolia powder on Zusanli and Tianshu to improve the pain after surgery.3.We stick magnolia powder on Zusanli and Tianshu to shorten the first time of fart、 the first time of excrement、recovery time of bowel sounds、the time from after surgery to first bowel movement paste, reducing the degree of postoperative pain, shorten hospital stay.
