| Objective Using the head needle earpins treatment of TS, and to set up regula r acupuncture control group comparison, by observing TS before and after the treatment the YGTSS and the changes of TCM symptom integral, objective eva luation head needle match earpins clinical curative effect for the treatment of TS.Methods According to the inclusion criteria to choose cases, using the random number table method 60 cases of TS were randomly divided into treatment gr oup and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group with head nee dle earpins, the control group with common acupuncture treatment.The treatmen t after 3 course of treatment, carries on the statistical analysis and make curati ve effect evaluation.Results(1)After treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%;The control group total effective rate was 80.00%.The total curative effect compare d two groups,P<0.05,because of the difference was statistically significant, so the co nculusi-on is that the total effective rate of treatment group is better than the control g roup.(2)The total score situation comparative analysis in the two groups before and aft er the treatment with YGTSS, P< 0.05, the difference has statistically significant.Tota 1 score comparisons in the two groups after treatment in children with YGTSS,P< 0.0 5, the difference has statistically significant.The statistical results show that both of t he two methods of treatment can improve TS children adopted by the YGTSS tota 1 score,improve TS with YGTSS total score, but the curative effect of thetreatme nt group is better than that the control group.(3)The comparative analysis in the two groups before and after the treatment wit h YGTSS of the condition factor in the group, P< 0.05, the difference has statisticall y significant.In the two groups after treatment in children with YGTSS comparative a nalysis between each factor scores groups, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically si gnificant.The statistical results show that both of the two methods of treatment all ca n improve the score of YGTSS of the condition factor,but the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that the control group.(4) Respectively on two groups which before and after the treatment in ch ildren with YGTSS motility twitch and voice to twitch the improvement of the integral situation comparative analysis, the treatment group before and after trea tment,twitch integral motility twitch and sound in difference comparison,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.The control group before and after tre atment,twitch integral motility twitch and sound difference comparison,P>0.05,th e difference was not statistically significant.The statistical results show that the treatment group in improving the motility of integral superior to voice twitch; the control group did not differ.(5)Comparative analysis in the two groups which before and after the treatmen t with TCM syndrome integral, P< 0.05, the difference has statistically significant;I n the two groups after treatment with TCM syndrome integral comparative analysi s, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results show tha t both of the two methods of treatment all can improve TS with corresponding the TC M syndromes, but the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that the c ontrol group.(6)Comparative analysis in the two groups which after treatment in children wit h clinical curative effect and the relationship between different course:the course of 1-2 years group total effective rate was 94.87%;Course of 2-3 years group total effectiv e rate was 76.47%;Duration> 3 years group total effective rate was 50.00%;The com parison group, P< 0.05, the difference has statistically significant.The statistical resul ts show that the shorter the course of the disease, the treatment effect is better.Conclusion1.This thesis research has shown that the two method all can improve the clini cal symptoms with TS, but cooperate treatment group total effective rate is superior t o the control group. After the treatment,Compared two kinds of therapy, treatment gr oup on the aspect of curative effect in improving children with TS motility twitch, voi ce twitch and the comprehensive TCM syndrome is superior to the control group. An d the treatment group in improving the motor curative effect is superior to twitch inte gral sex twitch.2.The children with treatment is key to early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,and the shorter the course of the disease, the treatment effect is better. |
