Objective To investigate the character of auditory P300 of Tourette's syndrome(TS)with or without behavioral problems. Whether clinical symptoms and cognition function are improved in the meantime or not after the comprehensive treatment?Method (1)There were 13 TS children,22 TS+ behavioral problems children and 20 normal controls who were recorded and compared by P300 .(2) Curing before and after curing 3 months, 14 children with TS were assessed by Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)and Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS),P300.Results (1) TS group and TS+ behavioral problems group showed later latencies and decreased amplitudes than normal group(P< 0.05).No group differences of latencies and amplitudes were found between TS and TS+ behavioral problems groups;(2)TS+ hybrid problem showed later latencies and decreased amplitudes than TS+ single problem (3)After the comprehensive treatment, behavioral problems subscales of CBCL and the scores Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)were lower than Curing before (P
