| Objective:In the injury of lower limb ankle, knee injuries take up mostly.After an ankle injury, some patients with ankle ligament flabby suffer second damage easily, and gradually form chronic ankle instability,besides knee patella softening disease is one of the knee joint injury occurs. This study adopt the vibration training methods of rehabilitation to rehabilitation of patients, the conventional rehabilitation methods to rehabilitation of the control group, in order to investigate the effect of the two methods of rehabilitation, then choose more scientific methods to cure patients, reducing the patients’ pain, and prevent disease from happening again.Methods: Between October 2015 and January2016, there are 13 patients cases which are zhengzhou university students with chronic ankle instability, patella softening, then those students were divided into experimental group which included 7students,and the control group for five people randomly. Experimental group accepted vibration stimulation, adopting the method of vibration training in rehabilitation. Control group did not accept vibration stimulation,adopting the conventional rehabilitation training methods for recovery.Two groups of patients have no differences in the illness, symptoms and signs, Inclusion criteria, etc. Results : Experimental group GL percentage increase than the control group GL percentage increase of62% in the experimental group GM percentage increase in a 5% increase compared with the control group GM percentage increase in the experimental group TA percentage increase in growth of 99% compared with the control group TA percentage increase in the experimental group VM increase the percentage increase of 96% compared with the control group VM percentage increase, the percentage increase in the experimental group BF increased by 18% compared with the control group BF percentage increase in the experimental group, one legstanding long jump performance compared with the previous experiments an increase of 23%. Standing Long Jump in the control group compared with one leg before the experiment grew 4.1%, the percentage increase in the experimental group than the control group than the percentage increase in growth of 82.4%. P <0.05, significant difference.Conclusion: 1.Vibration training and conventional rehabilitation training have effects on chronic ankle instability and disease of patella softening. 2. In the same condition, the effect of vibration training is better than conventional rehabilitation training. |
