| [Objective]Discuss uterine cavity effusion have threatened abortion with lower genital tract infections (bacterial vaginal disease, vulva vagina candida, trichomonas vaginitis, infection of mycoplasma and chlamydia trachomatis infection) the relationship between uterine cavity effusion of threatened abortion, and presence of differences in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.[Methods]Choose between April 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital 93 cases of threatened abortion women as the research object, and exclusion of inevitable abortion. According to the presence of uterine cavity effusion were divided into observation group (uterine cavity effusion group) 29 cases and control group 64 cases of uterine cavity effusion group (no), two groups in age, gestational age, random number of pregnancy, abortion, there was no significant difference. On two groups of pregnant women were bacterial vaginal disease (BV), trichomoniasis, chlamydia trachomatis (CT), vulva vagina candida disease (VVC) and mycoplasma (UU) cervical secretions, compare the result of the two groups of pregnant women the check. Pregnancy outcomes of two groups of patients, follow-up.[Results]Observation group of 23 cases of pregnant women to the total number of infection,1 case of VVC, trichomonas infection in 2 cases,12 cases of UU infection, 2 cases CT, BV in 11 cases, removal of BV merger UU infection in 5 cases, observation group infection rate was 79.31%; Control group of pregnant women to the total number of infections in 26 cases, including VVC, trichomonad infection in 3 cases,2 cases of UU infection in 11 cases,12 cases CT (3 cases), BV, remove BV merger UU infection in 5 cases, control group of pregnant women infection rate was 40.63%, the total infection rate was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. VVC, trichomoniasis, CT, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); VVC, BV infection between the two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05). Observation group of pregnant women 1 cases of 8 cases of abortion, stillbirth, premature delivery in 2 cases, term birth 18 cases, the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome 37.93%; The control group of pregnant women in 10 cases, the term birth abortion 54 cases,37.93% incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, comparison between the two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Uterine cavity effusion of threatened abortion with the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes than uterine cavity effusion, no difference was statistically significant. Uterine cavity effusion have threatened abortion increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the matrix, easy cause abortion, stillbirth, premature delivery, etc. So the targeted application of antibiotics, adverse pregnancy outcome could be improved. |
