The Clinical Research Of The Pain Relieving Effects Of The Sisheng Plaster Used In Haemorrheological Nature And Blood Stasis Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:In the study,we adopted the Sisheng plaster to treat Lumbar disc herniation(LDH),compared with the other group which was treated with the placebo,then two scales,the VAS scores,the JOA Low Back Pain Score were recor-ded after ten days,then assess the clinical effect.Methods:Take the method of random,double blindness and placebo control for research.The paints were selected from the outpatient department of Liuwan mine worker’s hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi university of TCM,during the period of 2015/12 to 2016/1.There are 60 examples of fitted standard of lumbar disc herniation patients.Randomly divided into 30 examples as experimental group and the other 30 examples as placebo group.The treatment group was treated by Sisheng plaster and the placebo group was treated with the placebo,ten days’ treatment.Use the statistical software SPSS22.0 to esti-mating the pain conditions get through the two scales before and after treatm-ent.ResuLts: The VAS score before the trial of the treatment group and control group showed no difference(P>0.05),between the two groups were comparable.The score of VAS after 5 days of treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in treatment group,by statistical analysis,P<0.05,significant difference;but the placebo group was decreased not obvious, by statistical analysis,P>0.05,no significant difference.The score of VAS in the treatment group after 10 day’s treatment was significantly lower than it before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the placebo group was no sig-nificant difference after 10 day’s treatment(P>0.05). The treatment group had higher score than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the above statistical analysis results about the two groups before and after treatment,the Sisheng plaster can treat Lumbar disc herniation(LDH) of cold-stagnation and blood-stasistype(CBT).It has fewer adverse reactions and better clinical application value.
