Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Haimaquanxie Pill Combined With Shangsukang Plaster In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis)

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Hai ma Quan xie Pill combined with Shang su kang plaster in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),objectively evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)provide clinical basis.Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted in which 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the order of enrollment,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Hippocampus and Scorpion Pill combined with Shang su kang plaster for external use.The control group was treated with celecoxib combined with mecobalamin for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy was assessed by visual analogy VAS scores using a visual analog score,ODI score,JOA score,and efficacy assessment criteria before and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results 1 Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender,duration of disease,VAS score,ODI score and JOA score between the treatment group and the control group,which was comparable(P>0.05).2 After 1 week of treatment,compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Compared with the two groups,the control group was superior to the treatment group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The values of the 3ODI scores in the two groups before treatment were normal and homodyne.The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly improved at 1 week(p<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in ODI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of ODI score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4 After 1 week of treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in JOA score between the two groups(P<0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the JOA score.Conclusion Hippocampus and Scorpion Pill combined with Shang su kang plaster for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation can effectively alleviate the pain in the lower back and leg of the patient,improve the symptoms of the patient and improve the living standard of the patient.The treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation with Hippocampus and Scorpion Pill combined with Shang su kang plaster is clinically effective,with high safety and small side effects,which deserves further study.
