Data collection the TCM syndromes obtained by diagnostic coronary angiography, blood-lipid test results for statistical analysis, observation of distribution of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease, so as to explore the syndrome of coronary heart disease correlation with coronary angiography and serum lipid and TCM syndromes in correlation with the severity of Coronary lesions. Results:(1) Of different syndromes TG、TC、LDL Levels of statistical significance,m Phlegm and blood stasis set highest(2)Different degrees of Gensini Integral TC,LDL Levels of statistical significance,>90 Highest grouping;TG、HDL The difference was not significant; HDL The difference was not significant; Gensini Integral and LDL Levels were positively correlated, and no correlation with other indicators;(3) Of different syndromes Gensini Compare the degree of integration, between the four groups Gensini Score significantly,abusive turbid phlegm, blood stasis and phlegm-Qi deficiency30-90 Gensini Score the most, heart and kidney-Yin deficiency type Gensini Integral to≤30Most;(4) Dirty turbid phlegm and cardiac and kidney-Yin deficiency syndromes than high Gensini Score is more likely to be abusive of turbid phlegm syndrome; and heart and kidney-Yin deficiency syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis type compared to the high level TG、LDLAnd high Gensini Score is more likely to be phlegm and blood stasis type;-Qi deficiency and heart and kidney-Yin deficiency syndromes than high Gensini Score is more likely to be deficiency of heart Qi syndrome. Conclusion: a link between chest bi-syndrome and blood lipid; contrast-enhanced coronary vascular lesion and blood lipid between relationship and number.
