The Clinical Study Of Yiqiyangyinhuayu Fang Using To Early Diabetes Nephrosis With Osteoporosis Patient

Objective: Applying clinical trials to observe the effect of Yiqiyangyinhuayu fang on Diabetic nephropathy with osteoporosis patients’ TCM syndrome scores, BGP, PINP and lumbar(L2- 4), femoral neck BMD changes, in order to evaluate the clinical value of Yiqiyangyinhuayu fang on diabetic nephropathy with osteoporosis. Methods: 86 subjects with diabetic nephropathy phase III patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(42 cases) and the control group(44 cases), the control group were treated with basic therapy including western medicine buck, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering therapy, and tookCalcium Carbonate Vitamin D3 Tablets as well as alendronate sodium; while treatment group were treated with Yiqiyangyinhuayu fang based on basic therapy which the control group had. Both treatment last 3 months and the variation of treatment symptom score, BGP, PINP, lumbar(L2-4), and femoral neck BMD were recorded. Results: the treatment group’s total effective rate was 78.6%, and their TCM syndrome score were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05), Both PINP and BGP was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05), lumbar(L2-4), femoral neck BMD has no significant increasing(P> 0.05); Conclusion:(1) Yiqiyangyinhuayu fang can decrease the phase III diabetic nephropathy patients’ osteoporosis symptom scores, increased BGP, reduce PINP, Does not improve lumbar(L2-4)and femoral neck BMD;(2) Yiqiyangyinhuayu fang is an effective prescription to Diabbetic Osteoporosis, moreover, combinded traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has more advantages than the pure western medicine therap.
