| Objective: Through the detection and analysis of antibiotic resistance related genes from multi-drug resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii to clarify the major mechanism of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to the commonly used antibiotics. And to guide further clinical therapy and the prevention and control of the outbreak.Methods:Those strains were identified by the VITEK-MS instrument and VITEK-2 compact automated microbial analyzer,and the relative drug susceptibility were tested by VITEK-2 compact,and additional testing using K-B paper method. Analyzing breakpoint susceptibility testing were judged according to CLSI M100-S24 standard. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) to detect its related resistant genes.Results: Except for cefoperazone-sulbactam and polymyxin B,the drug resistance rate of the 71 stains Acinetobacter baumannii were more than 50%.24 kinds of resistant genes(SHVã€TEMã€PERã€CTX-M-1ã€CTX-M-9ã€SPMã€IMPã€NDM-1ã€ADCã€OXA-23ã€OXA-24ã€OXA-51ã€OXA-58ã€aac(6’)-Ibã€aac(3)-Iã€aac(3)-IIã€ant(3’’)-Iã€qnrSã€intl1ã€intl2ã€traAã€tnpUã€merAã€qacEâ–³1-sul1)were positive among the 71 stains Acinetobacter baumannii,and the positive rate were 8.5%ã€84.5%ã€8.5%ã€2.8%ã€5.6%ã€1.4%ã€1.4%ã€1.4%ã€100%ã€91.5%ã€1.4%ã€95.8%ã€7.0%ã€31.0%ã€67.6%ã€83.1%ã€88.7%ã€1.4%ã€100.0%ã€4.2%ã€22.5%ã€77.5%ã€1.4%ã€100.0%respectively. Wherein the proportion of strains carry six or more genes of up to 100%,while a total of 41 strains carrying ADC, TEM, OXA-23 OXA-51 four resistance gene, accounting for 57.7%, and there are two that carry 14 kinds of resistance drug gene, susceptibility results are displayed extensively drug resistant bacteria.Conclusion: The important reason of Acinetobacter baumannii for the high rate of resistant to several drugs is carrying more resistant genes in one same strains. |
