| Objective: Analysis of tubal infertility etiology and the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic treatment of tubal infertility, and analyze the related factors influencing the postoperative natural pregnancy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of March 2010 to 2014 march in the gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University due to tubal infertility underwent laparoscopic surgery with complete clinical data of 236 cases,After 18 months follow-up, the influence factors of pregnancy rate and pregnancy rate were analyzed. Results:(1)Among 236 cases,were examined successfully;224 cases had pelvic disease,positive inspection rate 94.92%(224/236).⑵In 236 cases, a total of 84 cases of pregnancy, pregnancy rate of 35.59%.â‘¶1-6 months postoperatively, 7to 12 months, 13 to 18 months,For respectively into natural pregnancy rate 19.49%,11.86%, 4.24%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).â‘·Multivariate analysis: The results indicated that Age,tubal function score is lowest factors,history of tubal pregnancyaffecting postoperative pregnancy outcomes, with statistical significance(P <0.05),OR value respectively is 3.320ã€2.640ã€0.295.Conclusion:(1) Laparoscopic operation in the treatment of tube infertility can comprehensively and accurately diagnose the causes of infertility, and real-time dynamic accurate judgment tubal patency and functional status, and be for treatment and postoperative pregnancy rate increased significantly. Should be the preferred method for the treatment of tubal infertility;(2)tubal infertility patients in 6 months after laparoscopic surgery is the highest pregnancy rate is the best time of pregnancy;(3) Age, fallopian tube function score, tubal pregnancy history may be the influence factors of postoperative pregnancy rate of tubal infertility treated by laparoscopic operation. |
