Objective: Common bile duct stones(CBDS) is a common disease in surgical system, there are some differences in incidence in different areas. There is no deal prevention measures to reduce the postoperative biliary calculi recurrence in clinical. To explore the risk factors of the existence of common bile duct calculi postoperative recurrence and do some clinical analysis, then induce factors that have significance, to provide reference for the di diagnosis and treatment of common bile duct stones to some extent.Clinical data and methods:Through the analysis of our hospital from 342 cases of patients with common bile duct stones treated during January 2010 to December 2014.All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound, CT, MRCP and other imaging, all of the patients with surgical indications. The surgical treatment of patients with divided into three: 1. Open choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage; 2. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE +LC); 3. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and endoscopic sphincterotomy(LC+ EST).The patients were followed up by telephone and outpatient visits, access to cases in 302 cases. According to the stone recurrence or not,the cases were divided into two group: recurrence group, no recurrence group. According to some related literature reports the two groups of patients compare with gender, ultiple common bile duct stones, bile duct diameter, juxtapapillary duodenal diverticulum, family history of common bile duct stones, surgical treatment, gallstone, jaundice. Then the relevant data analysis usingχ2 test; significant factors using Logistic do some analysis. result:302 patients pay a return visit among 342 patients, the lost visit rate is 11.69%.The recurrence patients is 36 cases, the recurrence rate was 11.90%. On the test of single factor analysis in patients with gender, common bile duct calculi, surgical treatment method, gallstone, jaundice,it is proved that there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05), indicating that these factors are not common bile duct postoperative recurrence risk factors.Bile duct diameter ≥12mm,multiple common bile duct stones(≥2), juxtapapillary duodenal diverticulum has a significant difference of the above four kinds of factors through the regression analysis, P < 0.05, indicating that these factors are common bile duct postoperative recurrence risk factors. Conclusion: The risk factors for recurrence of choledocholithiasis patients after operation include: 1.The diameter of the common bile duct≥12mm;2.Multiple stones in the common bile duct(≥2);3. juxtapapillary duodenal diverticulum...
