Objective:By comparative analysis of the recurrence of stones in patients with choledocholithiasis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),the external drainage of the nasal bile duct and the internal drainage of the bile duct plastic stent were compared to evaluate the recurrence of common bile duct stones by plastic stent The impact of the rate. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 118 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from January 2015 to October 2017.Among them,61 patients with bile duct plastic stents after ERCP were placed in the experimental group, and the nasobiliary ducts were placed. As a control group, compare the age, gender, diameter of common bile duct, maximum diameter of stones, number of stones, whether hepatitis B infection, whether with gallbladder stones, whether gallbladder is removed, and whether they are combined with periampullary diverticulum.Whether there is any statistical difference in other indicators, and adopt telephone follow-up,develop questionnaires and other methods to understand the first recurrence of stones, and compare the first recurrence rate of stones after the operation of the two groups.Results::There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in general data(P>0.05);there were 15 cases of recurrence in the experimental group, with a recurrence rate of 24.6%,and 6 cases in the control group with a recurrence rate of 10.5%.Plastic stents in the bile duct The recurrence rate of posterior calculus was higher than that of nasobiliary duct drainage, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 21 patients in the two groups had recurrence of stones, and the corresponding time was: 16 recurrences in the first year,4 in the second year, and 1 in the third year. Conclusion:The recurrence rate of calculus after bile duct plastic stent placement is higher than that in the nasobiliary drainage group.
