Clinical Study Of Incision Healing Of Quanxie Ruangao On Postoperative Patients With Low Simple Anal Fistula

Objective To observe the clinical incision promoting healing effect of Quanxie RuanGao on postoperative patients of simple anal fistula.Methods 60 qualified patients with low simple anal fistula were divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). Patients in the former group were changed dressing with Quanxie RuanGao gauze for 7 days, while patients in the later group were changed incision dressing with petrolatum gauze for 7 days. Then respectively observe and record the incision pain, swelling degree, local exudates, incision area and the healing condition and healing rate on the 3th,7th,14th and the 21th day of the postoperative treatment.Result Patients in the treatment group turned out to be better healed than those in the control group (P<0.05) with quicker healing, less painful, lighter swelling and less exudates (P<0.05).Conclusion Quanxie RuanGao can obviously lessen the incision pain, decrease the swelling degree, reduce the! incision exudates and improve other bad conditions, thus promote the simple anal fistula postoperative incision healing effectively.
