Observationg On The Application Of Incision Margin Perssuer Suture In The Treatment Of Posterior Anal Fistula

Objective:To shorten the wound healing time of posterior anal fistula,reduce the occurrence of postoperative bleeding and pseudohealing,and provide a scientific,reliable and feasible treatment method for promoting wound healing of posterior anal fistula.Method:A total of 100 patients with anal fistula operation at 6 points of the internal mouth at lithotomy position who were hospitalized in the Department of Anorectal Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from February 2020 to November 2020 and who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(incision edge suture)and the control group(incision open drainage)in a single blind way,with 50 patients in each group.Routine dressing change after surgery until recovery.The differences in postoperative wound healing rate,wound healing time,wound granulation growth,pain,bleeding,urinary retention,anal stenosis,anal incontinence,recurrence rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.Result:In the two groups in wound healing rate(14,21 days)after operation,wound healing time,wound granulation growth situation,bleeding,anal incontinence difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than that of control group,in pain,urine retention,postoperative recurrence rate,clinical curative effect,anal stenosis,there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Incision for the treatment of edge stitching line pressing an anal fistula after curative effect is reliable,the incision open drainage narrowed the wound area,reduces the damage to the anal canal skin,anal sphincter,granulation tissue filler can shorten the time and speed up the epithelial cells by incision edge to the center to climb,significantly shorten the wound healing time,reduce the occurrence of postoperative bleeding and pseudo healing,is conducive to protect the anal function.
