Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Proteinuria By The Method Of Nourishing Kidney And Clearing Away Heat And Dredging Collaterals

Objective:To observe the effect of nourishing kidney and dredging collaterals in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy IV stage proteinuria, and to explore the mechanism of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and the safe and reliable treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method:Diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy patients (by the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria into the group) for 70 cases, in the study process, shedding 6 cases, the last effective case is 64 cases. The control method was used in the treatment of 12 weeks. Patients were evaluated before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement, also under the stable control of blood glucose, blood lipid and blood pressure, monitoring before and after treatment urinary microalbumin discharge volume, 24h urine protein quantitative 24hTP, serum albumin, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin index. Using SPSS 19.0 statistics software for data analysis.Result:1.Curative effect:the total effective rate after treatment was 79.69%, which was significantly better than before treatment;2.Patients with clinical symptoms, signs of improvement after treatment is significantly improved than before treatment, traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were significantly decreased than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01);3.24h urinary protein and urinary albumin were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01);4.There is no significant change of serum creatinine (SCR), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); Compared with fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin than before treatment, no significant change, control blood sugar steady (P> 0.05); compared to albumin before and after the treatment, treatment had no obvious change, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Benefiting kidney and dredging collaterals method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients;2.Benefiting kidney and dredging collaterals method can significantly reduce the 24h urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy, urinary albumin, serum albumin, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin has no significant effect;3.Nourishing kidney and dredging collaterals can delay the development of renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
