Objective:Observe heat fights Cuo soup combined cutting root and elimination method of fire needle therapy phlegm heat and blood stasis junction acne clinical curative effect,discuss the possible mechanism.Methods:To 80 cases accord with a standard heat phlegm stasis junction cases of acne patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely,traditional Chinese medicine combined cutting root,fire needle group(treatment group)and 40 cases,and traditional Chinese medicine group(control group)and 40 cases,At the same time two groups both mei reed Cuo elimination cream for external use only,1 week to 1 treatment course,course of 4 weeks,the related data by statistical methods for analysis and processing,curative effect evaluation.Results:The treatment group cure rate was 65%,total effective rate was 87.5%;The control group cure rate was 35%,total effective rate was 65%.By the statistics,differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat fights Cuo soup combined cutting root and elimination of fire needle therapy treatment of phlegm heat and blood stasis junction acne,green is simple,obvious curative effect,less side effects,low recurrence rate,has great value in clinical application.
