ObjectiveFind AIDS accumulation of Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome and Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome protein differences between patients and healthy people to express, and for the clinical diagnosis of AIDS the TCM syndrome type of objective provides the basis.MethodsThe blood samples of Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and health control group are detected to find difference Protein expressions based on iTRAQ technology.Age, gender and other count or measurement data are Analysised by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Difference expression proteins of each group are choosed by Thermofisher Proteome Discoverer 1.3.Results1.Between the Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome and the control group were screened out proteins 184 (fold difference greater than 1.2), which raised the 94, the cut is 90. The functions involved are mainly normal regulation, white blood cell immune mediated regulation of defense responses, acute inflammatory response of the immune effect and the regulation of process regulation, immune globulin protein mediated by immune response, external stimuli response, cell-mediated B guide immune.2.Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome and the control group were screened out proteins 174 (fold difference greater than 1.2), which raised in 79, downregulation of is 95. Oxidoreductase activity, peroxidase activity, regulation of endothelial cell proliferation, signal transduction, regulation, antioxidant activity, regulating intracellular protein kinase cascades, catalytic activity etc. are involved in its function.Conclusions1.Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome differences in protein expression in AIDS patients and healthy control groups, and complement C3 precursor (raised) could be the potential protein for clinical diagnosis of this syndrome type.2.Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome differences in protein expression in AIDS patients and healthy control groups, and hemoglobin delta(down) could be the potential protein for clinical diagnosis of this syndrome type.
