| By analyzing the molecular structure, performance and its anticancer mechanism, integrating more than 50 documents published to microRNA abnormal expression characteristics in digestive system neoplasms, especially liver cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer and intestinal cancer, as well as analyzing the relationships between microRNAs and tumor drug resistance, we provide an new idea for microRNAs-targeted therapy and diagnosis of malignant tumor, which is revealed via regulating the abnormal expression of microRNAs in the tumor, which may suppress the tumor progression and via regulating the abnormal expression of microRNAs in the tumor drug resistance cells, which may reverse the tumor drug resistance. It will contribute to the treatment and early diagnosis for digestive system neoplasms, improve the prognosis, and enhance the survival rate of tumor patients. |
