Objective:1.Understand Wang Bi patients with anxiety depression and the status of the quality of life;2.Continuity to form a unified comprehensive personalized nursing mode;3.Explore the influence of personalized continuity care improvements in anxiety and depression、the quality of life and each physiological index in Wang Bi patients;4.Discuss the character was shown the patients quality of life and its the correlation of anxiety depression.MethodThis study applies the clinical randomized controlled trial methods were studied.Selection in March 2015 to March 2016, a level 3 a few such as traditional Chinese medicine hospital in heilongjiang province rheumatology character was Wang Bi patients 116 cases as the research object.According to the order of the hospital in a randomized, divided into control group and experimental group,58 cases in each group.Regular routine of Wang Bi guidance to control patients and nursing, experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing continuity to give personalized nursing intervention.The invention lasted 12 weeks,before and after the intervention were using self-rating anxiety scale(S AS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),short form health survey questionnair(SF-36),visual analogue scale(VAS)and every physiological indexes as evaluation tools.Data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software,application of descriptive statistics analysis, t-text,the X2 text,Pearson or Spearman were analyzed.Results1.The general information of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, two groups of patients with gender, age, nationality, working condition, education level, place of residence, medical treatment charge payment, monthly income and course of no statistical significance (P> 0.05), it has balanced comparable.2. Before the intervention, the experimental group and control group of SAS, SDS scores, SF-36, and physiological indicators each dimension score and total score, VAS score comparison, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).3.Before and after the intervention, the test group of SAS, SDS scores, SF-36, and physiological indicators each dimension score and total score, VAS scores compare within the group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Before and after intervention, the control group of SAS, SDS scores, SF-36 total score and each dimension score and VAS score, the physiological indexes except joint function classification compared group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).5.After the intervention, the experimental group and control group for comparison between groups of SAS, SDS scores, SF-36, and physiological indicators each dimension score and total score, VAS score, the difference was statistically significant. (P<0.05).6. SF-36 total score and each dimension score with SAS, SDS scores negatively correlated.Conclusion1.Personalized continuity nursing can relieve anxiety depression in patients with negative emotions;2.The personalized continuity care can improve patients’joint pain, morning stiffness and grip strength and other physiological indexes;3.Personalized continuity care can improve patient’s life quality.4.The quality of life of Wang Bi patients with anxiety, depression were negatively correlated.
