| Objective:To investigate the heat and dampness, the clinical efficacy Huoxuetongluo Treatment of poisoning caused by stasis gout and to explore its mechanism of action, lay the foundation for further study.Methods:Screening poisoning caused by stasis type 60 cases of gout patients tested meet the criteria of this research were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 patients to be heat and dampness, Huoxuetongluo prescription treatment; control group of 30 patients, to be established Benzbromarone therapy, in combination with two drugs diclofenac sodium tablets. Case observation time is 12 weeks. Two groups of patients in the test prior to age, sex, disease treatment and other statistical analysis no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. Two groups of patients before and after treatment was observed test the efficacy of TCM symptoms, symptom scores, change-related laboratory tests, the number of episodes of gout and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use frequency, etc., in order to evaluate the efficacy of the two methods.Results:1.TCM syndromes:symptoms of TCM treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 76.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), showed that the treatment group than the control group in terms of TCM symptoms efficacy.2. Syndrome Score:treatment group and control group were tested can effectively improve the patient’s symptom scores, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group.3. Related laboratory indicators:treatment group and control group were taken to make the subject patient uric acid decreased to 420mmol/L or less, but the results show the control can be achieved in a short time, while the treatment group compared with needs for a long time, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).4. On the frequency of gout attacks treatment group was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05).5.On the frequency of use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment group was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05).6. The treatment group and the control group, a low incidence of adverse side effects relatively insignificant.Conclusion:The heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation network rule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of poisoning caused by stasis in patients with gout, and can gradually reduce uric acid, and have a role in stabilizing uric acid.You can also reduce the number of episodes of gout and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and safety no significant adverse reactions, clinical application-oriented treatment programs provide some scientific basis for clinical trials, but still need to do a larger sample study further confirmed. |
