Effect Of Acupoint Sticking Combined With Oral Chinese Medicine To The Life Quality Of Asthma-COPD Overlap Patients

Objective: To provide feasible basis for improving the life quality of Asthma-COPD Overlap patients,by evaluating the Clinical curative effect of Acupoint Sticking Combined with Oral Chinese Medicine,with TCM syndrome integral score,SGRQ scores as observation index.Methods: Using randomized controlled method,60 patients from People’s Hospital of Shizhong District,Jinan City,Shandong Province(South of Shandong Provincial Hospital)were divided into two groups,including 30 cases of patients with acupoint sticking with oral Chinese medicine group and30 cases of pure Chinese medicine group.Respectively,treatment of TCM symptom score in patients with two groups of ACO,SGRQ scores were evaluated in the before and after the 3 period of treatment.The results with SPASS.25 software for statistical analysis.Results: After the treatment,acupoints sticking with oral medicine group total effective rate of 86.67%,simple oral medicine group total effective rate of 73.33%,the total curative effect was statistically similar between the two groups(P<0.05).Two groups of TCM syndrome total integral,weakness of various symptoms integral in breathing,coughing up phlegm symptoms improve on statistically difference(P<0.05);acupoints sticking with oral medicine group can reduce the st George’s SGRQ scores,especially in terms of symptoms,affect curative effect significantly(P<0.01).The curative effect of Acupoint Sticking Combined with Oral Chinese Medicine treatment of ACO is safe,no adverse events.Conclusion: Acupoint sticking with oral medicine can significantly improve Asthma–COPD overlap(ACO)patient’s quality of life,and the effect is better than that of pure Chinese traditional medicine group.This topic treatment is simple operation,safe,non-toxic side effects,worthy of clinical.
