Objective:To investigate the clinical pathway of health education in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:June 2014 to December 2014 from two units of a chest hospital in Jinan City choice 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients as control group, routine health education was carried out, from the other two wards in the hospital choose 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients as the intervention group, the implementation of the system of clinical path of health education, the patients in the two groups respectively at admission and discharge of health self-management ability and quality of life of the determination of, using SPSS 17.0 to score of two groups were analyzed by student’s t test, compared two groups of patients discharged health self-management ability and quality of life changes.Results:1 intervention groups were significantly higher than the control group, the overall health self-management ability and the diet, exercise, disease, health belief, resource utilization, environmental management 6 dimensions were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.2 intervention group patients with the overall quality of life quality of life, physiological function, psychological function, and health education in the field of higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; physiological functions of the field of disease physiology, social functions were not statistically significant.Conclusions:1. The clinical pathway of health education can improve the patient’s overall health self-management ability, improve the patient’s diet, exercise self management ability, disease coping ability, health belief level, resource utilization and environmental self management ability, can not improve the self efficiency of water level.2, the clinical pathway of health education can improve the overall quality of life of patients, general physiological level, psychological function level, reduce the sense of discrimination, can improve the patient’s access to health education level, can not reduce the patient’s disease physiological performance, can not improve the level of social function.
