Clinical Reservation On Cirrhosis With Ascites Belong To Yang Deficiency And Over Water With Prescription Of Self Fuyanglishuiyin

Objective:To systematically observe the clinical reservation on cirrhosis with ascites belong to yang deficiency and over water with prescription of self Fuyanglishuiyin.Objectively evaluate its validity and security of treating ascites due to cirrhosis, and discusses its mechanism, so better guided clinical for work and develop.Methods:(1)Adopt blinding method and random contrast method.(2)Everycases come from the hospital(Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine) in 2013~2014 year. 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria of the ascites due to cirrhosis. Divided selected ascites patients into 2 groups at random: the control group and the treatment group.(3)The control group was givern modern medicine, the treated group was given Fuyanglishuiyin treatment. 7 days for a cycle, rest 3~5days, the nex cycle, 4 weeks as a course of treatment.(4)Index of ascites, includes liver function、blood coagulation、 abdominal ultrasound、clinical symptoms and signs. These index were observed before and after treatment.(5)Use the SPSS16.0-statistical software, for index analyze the T-test for measuring data, Chi-square test for counting data.Results:The clinical observation results indicated: the total efective rate of the treated group was 90.00%. The total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%. The difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). This showed that treatment group results are significantly better than the control group in the effective of the medicines used.Conclusion:According to the study, we think that the Fuyanglishuiyin can effectively improve the patients’ illness symptoms and body characters. During testing, there were no toxic and side- effects. Thus the Fuyanglishuiyin is a effective prescription in curing the Cirrhosis with ascites belong to yang deficiency and over water.
