| Objective: To explore and understand the incidence of anxiety and depression of patients with coronary heart diseases, and provide the clinicians(including both psychiatric and non-psychiatric clinicians) with reference for treating this kind of patients specifically in the future. What’s more, according to the comparison between self-rating scales and others-rating scales, the psychiatric and non-psychiatric clinicians are able to choose the relevant evaluation methods to master the state of the patients of their anxiety and depression. Methods: Choose 200 patients with coronary heart diseases clinically, and respectively test them with Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Hamilton depression scale(HAMD), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating depression scale(SDS),then grade, compare, analyze, and process the results.Lastly, input the statistics into EXCEL and import them into a statistic software named SPSS18.0 to have a statistic analysis. In addition, all the statistics are tested by X2.Results:1 The results of self-rating scales: 125 patients have anxious moods(SAS≥50), the percentage is 62.5;116 patients have depressive moods(SDS≥50), the percentage is 57.5; and 84 patients have both the unhealthy moods, the percentage is 42.2 The results of others-rating scales: 138 patients have anxious moods(HAMA≥7), the percentage is 69;120 patients have depressive moods(HAMD≥8), the percentage is 60;and 90 patients have both the unhealthy moods, the percentage is 45.3 The anxious and depressed state is easily occurred to the patients with coronary heart diseases. Compared with self-rating scales and others-rating scales, there is no obvious difference.Conclusion:1 Among the 200 random-investigated patients who are diagnosed with coronary heart diseases, there is a high risk of anxious and depressed occurrednce,so we should strengthen psychology-intervened measures.2 There is no conspicuous difference between self-rating scales and others-rating scales’ evaluating results. According to their actual situations, clinicians can freely choose rating scales. |
