Objective: through the investigation of the present situation of the radiation health management of Liaoning Province 16 Tertiary hospital medical institutions,to understand the present status of radiological health in Liaoning Province and the problems existing in the management work,so as to optimize the radiological construction of medical institutions in Liaoning Province,at the same time improve the efficiency and quality of health supervision and management of public health,thus ensuring medical radiation workers,patients and the public’s health rights and interests.Methods: a questionnaire survey standard was conducted in Liaoning Province of the questionnaire survey to the management status of radiological health questionnaire, combining with the on-site inspection at the same time,the way of the researchers on the accuracy of the inspection data.Questionnaire mainly includes whether have radiation therapy license and whether to check on schedule(whether to carry out the project and the corresponding permits);with the situation of Radioactive staff, equipment, staff and patients with personal protective equipment(PPE),radioactive workplace protection;(period) the number on-the-job check-up, the number of laws and regulations protection knowledge training, the number of personal dose monitoring,the establishment of radiation worker’s health records number; Annual radioactive diagnosis and radiation workers’ treatment of people;whether there Is an emergency plans, etc.Results: the survey of medical institutions in Liaoning Province,16 hospital medical institutions, radiation treatment certificates rate of 100% radiation workers,a total of 1599 people,holding large medical equipment qualification certificate is 680 people,the rate of 42.53%,the rate is higher than that of group general hospital group above hospital group;Hold the certificate of radiation workers who are 1417,the rate of 88.62%;To establish the occupational health record for the number of 1532 people, by inputting rate is 95.49%, general hospital and hospital group; Build personal dose monitoring records of 1585 people,by inputting rate was 99.12%;2014 annual training rate of the total number of 1485 people,the filing rate 92.87%. With radiological diagnosis equipment 234 units,a total of 48 sets of CT equipment, detection qualified rate of 79.16%, there was no statistically significant difference rate between three groups(χ2=0.108,P>0.05);X-ray camera,DR,CT machine equipment, a total of 93 sets,detection qualification rate of 77.41%, the qualified rate difference between three groups has no statistical significance(χ2=0.025,P > 0.05);Radiation treatment units are equipped with 16 personnel protective equipment and is equipped with client personal protective equipment.Radioactive workplace safety monitoring and work status indicators and warning marks are standard.16 Tertiary hospital preparation and perfect the accident and medical radiation accident emergency plan, establish an effective early-warning mechanism and emergency medical rescue work, improve the ability of dealing with radiation accident medical treatment.Conclusion: the survey of 16 Tertiary hospitals radiology clinics medical institutions have radiation medical license and get and be able to check on schedule, after radiation therapy institutions with professional video technology personnel complete, relevant protection equipment isequipped with sound, of first-class ternary hospitals in Liaoning Province through the investigation and supervision of the medical institutions to good service for patients, and radiation health supervision work of the road shoulder heavy responsibilities.
