ObjectivesBrain recovery Aiming at the brain functional recovery, for now, the brain recovery rate is very low, and less research on the influence factors, lack of effective treatment methods and consequences estimate methods. To assess the relative factors of the cases with successful cerebral resuscitation after cardiac arrest, provide reference for improving the cerebral resuscitation success rate.MethodsCollected the cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients who were in hospital from 2009 to 2014 during The Second Affiliated Hospital Of Chong Qing Medical University. At the same time they were eligible for inclusion exclusion criteria. Based on the success or failure of cerebral resuscitation is divided into cerebral resuscitation group (group A, n= 13) and only restoration of spontaneous circulation (B group, n= 34). Retrospective comparison analysis of the relevant index between two groups of patients including mean arterial pressure, body temperature, rhythm of the huart, breathing,GCS score, age, gender, the reason of cardiac arrest, primary disease,pH value, oxygen saturation,ROSC time, electrolytes (K+、Na+、Ca2+),blood glucose, fluid intake and output after 24h of the restoration of spontaneous circulation.ResultsThere was significant difference in CA reasons, ROSC time, Ca2+ content, PH value between two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in sex, age, primary disease, body temperature, Mean arterial pressure, artery oxygen saturation, blood glucose between two groups (P>0.05). Multivariate logistic regression was also performed, ROSC time had close relationship with successful cerebral resuscitation. It is the independent influencing factors of successful cerebral resuscitation. ROSC time, artery oxygen saturation and blood glucose independent influencing factors affect the circulation in patients with survival which was negatively correlated with patient mortality.ConclusionTo shorten the cycle time to recover, a stable state of spontaneous circulation recovery, strengthen the regulation of water and electrolyte acid-base balance, timely correct water and electrolyte acid-base balance disorders, at the same time as soon as possible to find a cause of cardiac arrest, and the correction of reversible factors, will be good to brain recovery success.
