As it is necessary to evaluatethe ascension status ofbody function quantitatively for patients with motor impairment in rehabilitation trainings, it is better to combinethe rehabilitation training system with professional rehabilitation assessment methods. From this perspective, we use the somatosensory device as the measuring medium of human body movement, and design a rehabilitation training platform based on Kinect.The platform combines the basic functions of motion information acquisition and rehabilitation evaluation,and also presetssome typical rehabilitation training gestures such as shoulder abduction and so forth. Byfusing Dynamic Time Warping(DTW) algorithm and Hausdorff Distance(HD) measurement, the thesis analyses the similarity degree of the template and training data flows acquired by Kinect sensor. Besides,relevant rehabilitation evaluation methods on kinematics are applied to the evaluation of rehabilitation training results. Related experimentsused to verify the feasibility of the fusion algorithm are also carried out in this thesis.First of all, the thesis introduces the developmentsituation of recovery training platform and somatosensory technology in rehabilitation treatment, and then the Kinect-based training system is introduced in comparison of traditional platforms, with a relatively lower cost and more comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,the data collection methods and processes are briefly described in the thesis.And the fusion movements flow matching algorithm is presented, together with the analyses and experimental verifications of DTW algorithm as well as HD algorithm.Thirdly, studies of rehabilitation evaluation methods, emphatically classic evaluation methodson motor dysfunctionrehabilitationare implemented. The thesis also determines the joint points related totraining actions and its measuring methods in the Kinect coordinate system according to the motion parameters needed in the somatosensory rehabilitation training platform.Finally,the design ideas and means of the training system are discussed.Related experiments and corresponding result analyses,especially the testof every evaluation module as well as other system functional modules are implemented respectively at the end of the thesis.Results show that the platform constructed is preferable in evaluating therehabilitation training quality for patients with motor impairment.
