The study of medical science shows that, surgical treatment is only the beginning of the limb function reconstruction,if you want to restore function,later must be combined with scientific rehabilitation training. In the field of medical rehabilitation, the traditional rehabilitation training needs to wear complex equipment, professional rehabilitation doctor is less, rehabilitation recources is also less. Facing the current complexion of lacking of rehabilitation training recources, rehabilitation training method of the human-computer interaction can effectively solve this problem. Intelligent rehabilitation training that is based on human-computer interaction requires cheap equipment,it is small and convenient,it can ensure that the patients later can do rehabilitation training at home. So the research of the rehabilitation training at home system has important social value and significance.First, build a set of interactive rehabilitation training system using Kinect. The system uses optical sensor,it can real-time access to the patient’s rehabilitation training path.Compare the rehabilitation training path with the movement path under the designing requirement of the doctor. Evaluate the accuracy of the rehabilitation training action through the degree of match by the movements of the patients with the standard.At the same time,combine the training with fun games, avoid the dull and dry of rehabilitation training, improve the enthusiasm of the patient training. In order to avoid the harm such as a muscle strain caused by excessive training, in the process of training,the sEMG of the trained muscles are acquired real-timely,do fatigue analysis for it. It can provide effective basis for scientific, convenient and safe rehabilitation training.Secondly, in order to accurately analyze the muscles, determine the reasonable rehabilitation training plan, we put forward a method for analysis of muscle fatigue.This method uses the difference of the iEMG in two smaller period, we can use the sudden change of the difference to determine the coming time of the muscle fatigue. Bicipital muscle of arm is analyzed as a case study in the experiment. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, this method provides certain theoretical basis to ensure the safety of home rehabilitation training.Finally, the design of "familial and interesting" family support rehabilitation training system is finished based on the analysis method of human motion recognition and muscle fatigue,then the experimental measurement is carried on. The experimental resul show that, the system has a better rehabilitation training effect, and has a certain interest.This article expand the application field of the Kinect device, research of linguistics on the home rehabilitation training system has been done, a certain theoretical basis and technical support have been provided for the intelligent auxiliary rehabilitation training and the research of home rehabilitation equipment in the next step. |
