Meta-analysis Of DHS Versus PFNA In Treatment Of Intertrochanteric Fractures In Elderly Patients

Objects: To assess the efficacy and safety of DHS and PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients.Methods: The databases of Cochrane ry,CNKI, MEDLINE、Pubmed out clinical control study of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with PFNA and DHS fixation, the predefined inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria to determine into literature, data extraction, quality evaluation, Meta analysis of the related research the data with Revman 5 software.Results: The final selection of 12 papers accorded with the requirements of the study, a total of 924 cases,including 462 cases of DHS group, 462 cases in group PFNA, the analysis results show that: DHS and PFNA in the operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative hip the excellent and good rate, postoperative Harris hip score, postoperative hip varus rate, cut out the regular occurrence rate has obvious statistical difference. DHS and PFNA in the healing time of fracture, deep vein thrombosis rate, there were no obvious statistical difference.Conclusion: In the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly, PFNA operation can obviously shorten operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation, has a better postoperative hips were good, higher postoperative Harris hip score, lower incidence of postoperative hip varus, cut out the regular occurrence rate; but in the fracture the healing time, the occurrence rate of deep vein thrombosis, two had no obvious difference.
