Research On The Implementation Issues Of The Project “National Health Lifestyle Actionon” Of H City

Along with the development of economy and society, and chronic noninfectious diseases which closely related to the lifestyle increases rapidly. This hasbecome a major public health problemseriously endanger people’s health and thedevelopment of social economy in China.In 2007 the Ministry of health andother departments jointly launched the "action" of ”the implementation of the nationalhealthy lifestyle public health programs” in the country.This project aims to improvehealth awareness, and promote the health of residents skills, so as to effectivelycontrol the risk of major chronic disease and extremely dangerous factors.Since2007,,in the center of H city first launched the "action of national healthlifestyle public health project”. Through the analysis of the "national healthlifestyle action" implementation status and its influence factors, evaluation has beencarried out in the present stage of development of action output effect, help tosolve all kinds of problems of the health promotionwork.This can be used as basicinformationin of the "action national health lifestyle "of project evaluation.Besides, itcan help the government set a target of next step according to the actual level; canhelp the government to further improve the policy system and solve the problemof the implementation of the key link.In this paper the implementation of theproject after five years of study, through quantitative analysis, comparison has beencarried out in city and which did not carry out the core indicators ofdifferences in theeffect of the city, has been carried out between city and country has carried out theaverage level, comprehensive evaluation of the implementation effect, the effectof the implementation of the scientific judgment of objective period.In thispaper, the project of H city are lack of the attention of the government, the imperfectof funds guaranteemechanism,the weakness of technicalguidance department work, stage of development,lack of project publicity.The paperput forward to establish and perfect the organizational structure, improve the"action"evaluation mechanism, establish and perfect the guarantee mechanism offunds, strengthen the ability construction to build a technology platform to carryout special investigations,community diagnosis target groups and priorityareas, the population strategy, carry outhealth propaganda and educationactivities, combined with the existing health projects, to carry out a wide rangeof construction health support the environment of the seven proposals,andprovide reference for implementing the next step of scientific public health project.
